Delivery Costs

We offer FREE UK delivery on all orders over £100! Delivery is calculated during checkout and providing your order (ex VAT) is over £100, you will receive free delivery*.

For all orders under £100 a delivery charge of £4.95 will be added to your order.

Delivery timings

For orders received by 1pm, we will do our best to process it that day and deliver it to you on the next working day. In busy times this might take us a little longer but in all cases, your delivery should reach you within 3-4 working days of placing your order.

Your delivery address

We can deliver to homes, care homes and offices – the most important point is that you choose a delivery address where you know someone will be able to accept and sign for the delivery!

In our checkout process we provide you with extra room to tell us about any special delivery notes such as an ideal time.

Want to track your order?

You can do this in two ways. Either visit our website and click on the ‘Your Account’ link and enter the account details you created when placing your order. By doing this, you will be able to view your order, see its status and raise a query if you have any questions.

Alternatively, email us at . Make sure you quote the reference number of your order (check the email we sent you when you ordered) and provide us with your name, contact details and the nature of your enquiry. We will respond to you in 48 hours.

Re-delivery

If you know that you will be out and unable to sign for the delivery, please do provide a different delivery address as once orders have been returned to us a re-delivery charge of £4.95 will be incurred.

* Note – you will be eligible for your first delivery attempt free. If re-delivery is required, a re-delivery fee will be charged as per our normal rates.
